At Genesis Transformation International, we don’t try to fit you into a box—we help you understand and define your own. Our founder & Specialist, Ash Simpkins Psy.M., CAS, CLC, is also on the autism spectrum and identifies as an Aspie, in her words, "I know firsthand the importance of being supported in a way that honors one's individuality, one's voice, and one's lived experience. Neurodivergent-affirming care means we don’t pathologize who you are. Instead, we collaborate to uncover what you want from life—your values, your relationships, your goals—and explore what thriving looks like for you."
"This is a space for growth, clarity, and radical self-understanding. Whether you're navigating life on the spectrum or supporting a loved one who is, you're not alone. When I started working with Ash, I was in a dead end job that I hated. I did not believe in myself, nor did I see a real future for myself. Years later, still a client, I am about to graduate with my Bachelor’s from Penn State. I’m working in a fantastic managerial position, where I am respected. I’m even planning for a vacation to Tokyo! All of which were only wild dreams; before Ash, systematically, helped me make them realities. Session by session. She gently pushed me at my own speed, always saw from my perspective, and most importantly- has my back, always. At times I need some realistic motivation, or a simple check in, & Ash is always just one call or text away.” -Joseph Brown, Client Approved Quote
The world is just beginning to recognize how underserved teens, adults, and families on the autism spectrum truly are. Most resources are geared toward early childhood, leaving older individuals and their families without guidance or support.
Whether you're an adult trying to navigate independence, an adult seeking to understand your diagnosis, or a family member searching for ways to connect and support—we’re here to help.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Each person is unique, and our work together reflects that. We offer tailored care for:
"Like many women on the spectrum, I always knew I was different. I felt things deeply, processed the world uniquely, and often didn’t quite fit in—but I couldn’t put my finger on why. It wasn’t until later in life that I received an autism diagnosis—a moment that brought clarity and relief, but also grief for the years spent misunderstood.
This experience isn’t rare. Across the world—and especially in America—autistic women are misdiagnosed, overlooked, or dismissed. The systems in place don’t reflect us. And that’s exactly why I do this work.
Because of my own journey, I can see through the noise—the social pressure, misinformation, and outdated ideas—and get to the heart of what you need. Whether it's navigating relationships, managing overwhelm, building a career, or simply learning who you are in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference, I'm here to walk beside you."

All of my sessions are offered exclusively via phone or video, and this isn’t just for convenience — it’s because it works. In fact, neurodivergent individuals, including teens and adults with autism or ADHD, often experience better results with remote sessions.
Here’s why:
Remote care creates the ideal conditions for real growth — especially for neurodivergent individuals. It's not a compromise; it's a proven, empowering model designed around your needs. Clients are seen in 55 minute sessions. Please contact for rates.
